Enhancing psychologists' workflow at Dasa
We optimized Dasa’s medical record system for psychologists by removing unnecessary fields, reducing frustration, and significantly improving user satisfaction.
In collaboration with a UX Researcher and Product Management team, the project focused on deeply understanding the unique workflow of psychologists, identifying tailored features, and validating the concept of personalization.
As the Product Designer, I was responsible for crafting a seamless user experience, designing intuitive interactions, and refining the user interface to boost efficiency and satisfaction for healthcare professionals across Dasa’s network.
